Millions (maybe billions) of people to communicate with!

Millions of people speak each of the major world languages.

These people have a native language, and many speak a second (or third, or fourth) language.

These world languages are:

  • Arabic
  • Chinese
  • English
  • French
  • German
  • Hindi-Bengali
  • Japanese
  • Russian
  • Spanish

The closest language to a "true world language" is English because English is the language of the Internet. Also many people speak English as a second language in India, China, Japan and Latin America.

Arabic is the world language of Islam.

Russian is the universal standard in all the countries of the former Soviet Union.

And Spanish is the jewel in the world language crown (shared with English) in the Western Hemisphere.

Learning major world languages just has to be the most effective and elegant strategy for increasing understanding, identification, peace, friendship and brotherhood among all nations of the world.

Language learning also means cultural learning and increased cultural sensitivity.

And language learning expands your ideas and concepts, stretches your beliefs, and extends your intellectual perspectives.

Learn a new language and join the bilingual world community.
